This beautifully renovated two-story home blends modern Miami elegance with high-end finishes and contemporary design. Fully renovated in 2015 and tastefully updated by its current owner, the home is styled with bespoke furnishings, custom Italian cabinetry, and striking architectural elements such as skylights and soaring ceilings that flood the interiors with natural light.
The home is set across two floors. The ground floor boasts an open-concept living and dining area with direct access to the pool terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a full bathroom. Miami Home
We tried big resorts in Miami before and always felt like something was missing. Villa Luna was the answer. Treasure Island is perfectly located — quiet enough to decompress, close enough to reach North Beach in ten minutes. The renovated interiors are gorgeous, the bespoke furnishings feel high-end without being stuffy, and the private dock sealed the deal. Already told all our friends.
Sunsets You Won't Forget
The southwestern-facing position of Villa Luna means every evening ends with a jaw-dropping sunset over Biscayne Bay. We sat by the waterfront pool each night just watching the sky change colors against the Miami skyline. The Italian cabinetry, the skylights, the soaring ceilings — it all feels curated and personal, not generic. Walking to restaurants in North Bay Village was an added bonus. Genuinely special place.
Skyline Views
We chose Villa Luna for a couples' getaway and could not have picked better. The panoramic views of the Miami skyline from the pool and the primary terrace are honestly some of the best we have seen anywhere. The location on Treasure Island is wonderfully central, the home is beautifully maintained, and the private boat access gave us the freedom to explore the bay on our own terms. Five stars without question.
