The villa is set on one floor and offers an open-concept living and dining area that opens onto the pool terrace, a lounge area with an indoor hammock, a fully fitted kitchen that opens onto the outdoor covered dining area, a laundry room, and four well-appointed bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have private bathrooms, while the other two share a bathroom. The primary suite has direct access to the pool terrace. All living spaces are designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring upscale furnishings and thoughtful details throughout.
The exteriors feature a private dock with direct lake access - not reachable by boat - a heated waterfront pool, a hot tub, and several outdoor lounge areas. Comfortable and Functional
The biggest advantage is the location between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Easy drives to beaches, restaurants, and attractions. The house itself is comfortable and functional, with good air conditioning and parking. Overall, a solid and reliable place to stay.
Ideal for Families with Kids
The villa is clearly designed with families in mind. The game room kept the kids busy, and the outdoor area is secure and spacious. Bedrooms are comfortable without being excessive. It felt more like a real home than a luxury showroom, which we preferred.
Comfortable Group Stay
The villa is well set up for groups. Bedrooms are properly sized, bathrooms are sufficient, and the kitchen has everything needed for daily use. The pool area is clean and easy to enjoy. Location is residential but convenient for driving to beaches and shops.
