The villa is set across three floors. The top floor hosts five additional en-suite bedrooms, as well as a home cinema. The lower level features a home gym with spectacular sea views. All levels, including the rooftop terraces, are connected by an elevator.
The exteriors feature a striking heated infinity lap pool and a hot tub with a fire pit overlooking the ocean. Guests can also enjoy over 85 feet of private waterfront with a dock and boat lift, as well as a rooftop terrace complete with a summer kitchen, gas BBQ, multiple lounge areas, an al fresco dining area, and stunning ocean views.

Our New Favorite Place
My wife found Villa Panoramic online and from the first photo we knew this was it. In person it was even better. The hot tub by the fire pit, the rooftop al fresco dining under the stars, the six king bedrooms each with a terrace — it felt private and grand at the same time. Ten minutes from South Beach but a world apart. Already rebooked for next year.
Exceeded Expectations
We traveled as a group of twelve and had more than enough space across three beautifully designed floors. The gym overlooking the ocean became my morning ritual. The custom bar on the ground floor was perfect for evenings together. Everything was immaculate — the housekeeper service was a wonderful bonus. If you want Miami done right, this is where you stay.
Simply Flawless
We nearly booked a hotel in South Beach but chose Villa Panoramic instead — best decision of the trip. The rooftop terrace alone is worth it: 360-degree views, a full summer kitchen, and the Miami skyline glowing at night. The elevator connecting all three floors made life easy for our older parents. Cannot recommend enough.
